About Me
I am a Principal Biostatistician with Novartis in East Hanover, New Jersey, working on drug development in immunology.
I grew up in Plano, Texas and attended the University of Oklahoma for my undergraduate degrees in economics and mathematics. I attended the University of Minnesota for my PhD in biostatistics.
My research interests include methods for analyzing high-dimensional "omics" data, statistical learning, and Bayesian inference. My research experience includes TRACK-FA, a study on Friedreich's ataxia; using Bayesian Additive Regression Trees (BART) to classify pathogens in pediatric gastroenteritis as well as cardiovascular epidemiology projects involving the Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities (ARIC) study.
In 2021, I interned with Medtronic, where I curated a digital library of articles and tutorials on missing data methods.
In 2023, I interned with Eli Lilly and Co. working on a project for modeling dose-response curves in early phase clinical trials.
